Hello Warriors,
first things first, there is no Q&A for today.
Second thing, I'm back on livestreaming after a week break, my new PC just arrived but it still needs to receive some tweaks. Tonight will be hijacking Jingles's Man Cave! *Evil smirk*
Tonight I will be mostly playing on a press account, kindly given by WG,that contains the T-22 sr, M4A1 Revalorise and Skoda T 40.

as you are curious about the "World of Tanks 10.0 Teaser", this is what EU didn't mention on their portal:
There will be a new "Deathmatch" ("Fight to the last") mode - it will use two maps: Paris and Berlin. In this mode there will be respawns, repair points, flag captures, air raid and artillery strike consumables.
The T-22 Sr. medium tank will be a prize for the best participants as well unique reserves.
Emblems will now give the crew unique bonuses, there will also be a PvE tutorial.

Have to say, I love Storm. Sometimes. During the rest of the time I just like him. :D

- Storm is constantly reading and evaluating player feedback;
- Official T-22 Sr. characteristics will be posted later, it will be possible to win it through series of individual missions that will be posted later;
- T-22 Sr. will not be awarded for CW activities;
- If "all goes well", 10.0 will come in October;
- 10.0 test ETA? "When it's 100 percent ready";
- Camouflage and decals giving bonuses is not pay to win because it is obtainable even for credits.

been a couple hours away, got my new PC and been mounting some hardware and installing/updating software. Have to say this was money well spent, this "bae" is silent and fast like a ninja! (Will be posting the specs on the next "Resume & Contributors post")
Here is the Q&A from Igromir:
- Confirmed: tier 10 T-22 Sr. will be a reward for the upcoming deathmatch mode in 10.0;
- First Czech tank (T 40) will come in 10.0, the branch itself until the end of 2015;

some answers from Yuri Pasholok:
About the Maus restoration: the first people who wanted to get Maus moving were some guys from the railway company, who wanted to stuff a diesel-electric locomotive engine into it (which apparently has four times more engine volume than the original Maus). The enthusiasm didn't last long - but the idea was given to Wargaming who jumped on it. The people who approved it however didn't take a couple of small things into account:
- They thought the Maus had some innards but in reality it's just an empty box, there is nothing inside;
- The idea to restore a tank designed by SS members didn't make some people very happy;
- Even if they stuffed the tank with modern engine and drivetrain, it won't go far, because the tracks and suspension are in terrible shape and new tracks alone would cost 180k EUR;
- The notion to put original components into it is a joke, because no German company would touch anything related to WW2, especially to SS.
The best realistic outcome according to Yuri Pasholok would be to make the vehicle look like in reality from the outside (some outer parts are missing such as the fuel tank) and even open the hull for public - it's not like there is anything to steal inside.
- Wargaming itself dealt only a little with Japanese vehicles (only those that were actually built plus tier 7-8), the rest of info came from Japan
- Swedish tanks are somewhat problematic because since the Swedish tanks are interesting mostly only to Swedes, there are no reliable projections (and the existing ones are low quality)
- Swedish branch is completely possible: sp15 and Renhaxue (two players from EU/NA community) are working with WG and they found a lot of info in Swedish archives. Additionally, WG itself is working with Swedish museums (incl. Arsenalen), Yuri wants to personally thank Arsenalen director Stefan Karlsson for his help. There are issues but they are minimal.
- There were rumors that WG disbanded the archive seeking group - in reality it was simply reformed

FV3805 Project Funding a Success!

remember when FV3805 Restoration Project kickstarter page said the project wasn't funded? Well...

The project was completely funded outside Kickstarter!
Jon Hinchliffe, the owner of The Wight Military & Heritage Museum and who gave the "Baroness" to the place was so overwhelmed by the amount of people that turned up on the first volunteering day and the sheer amount of support you gave through the internet that he decided to finance the project! He sold one of his properties and the whole machine is now paid for!
It has been decided that there will be assigned volunteering days for each month, the dates will be given soon. Note that no specific skills are required but if you have them then even better!

I've woken up in the ungodly hour that a part of me turns into a mumbling Miss. Scrooge while another just wants to hibernate back into her blanket cocoon and drop all plans and work built until now. But there is only one thing that will make me no do such thing, Tanks.
Just to warn you that will be back in the late afternoon/evening, its my first Tank learning day.
I specifically asked no special treatment and will be some tough 8 hours.
I've waited for this for such a long time, having a hard time to find my center. Wish me luck!
